Returns Policy

Alphastim - Please note, that The Fresh Brain Company no longer stocks or deals in the Alphastim product range. Any returns or warranty issues arising for customers who purchased these items are referred to the main UK distributer. Please contact us for details.

Seminar, masterclass and workshop bookings must be cancelled with 7 days notice to secure a refund. This is because of the maximum headcount per workshop etc. Participants who book their place on the understanding that they will pay on the day and then fail to turn up will always be billed for their fee

Distance Selling

Under the distance selling rules, customers have a 7 day "cooling off" period after the good are received to change their minds and return the unused product. This does NOT apply to CDs and DVDs, written material (i.e. books, downloadable PDF files) or audio programs. This does NOT apply to customers who try out the product - i.e. take it out and use it and then decide to return it used, but otherwise without defect. Refunds will ONLY be given to UNOPENED and UNUSED items that are returned in the condition in which they were sent to the customer.
